College for Every Student (CFES)

CFES Scholars Are Mentors, Leaders, and College Ambassadors

College For Every Student (CFES) program at Washington serves students in the eleventh grade.  Those students participate in mentoring, essential skills programs, and college and career pathway programs and activities.  The program is coordinated by the College and Career Center and the CFES program director.  Programs and activities are implemented by the CFES Team.

Highlights of the program include:

  • College and career pathways programs with colleges in Kansas and Missouri
  • Leadership through service program called Havens, which provide supports for all student success
  • Opportunities for students to explore careers as part of a larger school effort to connect learning to real life careers
